• For the customer that doesn't want anyone on the roof. This is a chemical cleaning that is sprayed on and is activated every time it rains for about 6 weeks. We perform this cleaning by spraying the chemical from a ladder to all the area of the roof. There is no need for rinsing or washing the building down. The product remains on the roof and is absorbed into the tile to give you a %100 kill to all organisms and should take 3 to 8 months to have the entire roof clean and free of all mildew.

• For the customer who prefers cleaning without chlorine. We use a milder cleaning product that requires low pressure to rinse and clean the roofs with no scrubbers or high pressure. This method works well and leaves the roof with a %10 kill to all organisms on the roof.
